The illustration shows that how tea gets picked, dried, baked, moistured, and finally get served in our cups. For this project I was sent to the award-winning Ji-Ling Tea Plantation in Hualian, Taiwan for days. The scenary of Hualien, corners of Ji-Ling, and the making of their unique "Lemon Tea", which is to bake a lemon carefully stuffed with black tea leaves, is also depicted in the illustration.
